Are you getting “Unfinished transactions remaining … run yum-complete-transaction first” error?

Are you getting this?
There are unfinished transactions remaining. You might consider running yum-complete-transaction first to finish them.
if so, just do this
yum install yum-utils
and then run
yum-complete-transaction
